To complement our Guldmann ceiling hoist, Dolphin Mobility can also offer a range of Guldmann slings which can be used with the ceiling hoists. All people come in difference weights, shapes and sizes, using the appropriate sling is essential for efficient care to ensure comfort, safety and dignity of the patient without compromising the safety of the carer.

Active Micro

The Active Micro sling is ideal for moving users in a sitting position, with the emphasis on access for toileting and other hygiene tasks

Active Micro Plus

The Active Micro Plus is very similar to the Active Micro with the addition to adjustable elasticated support strap to suit the individual user.

Active Trainer

The Active Trainer is a walking sling designed for people with sufficient leg strength to stand upright but have difficulty balancing.

Gait Trainer

The Gait Trainer is a walking sling for people with sufficient leg strength and can stand upright but need to be supported to feel safe during training due to balancing difficulties.

Basic Basic

The Basic Basic sling is a general lifting sling suitable for a wide range of lifting tasks, The sling supports the entire body including the head.

Basic Low

The Basic Low sling is a general low back lifting sling suitable for a wide variety of users and lifting tasks. The sling supports the lower back and hip area. It is designed for the users arms to be outside the sling during lifting.

Basic High

The Basic High sling is a full body lifting sling suitable for a wide range of users and lifting tasks. The sling supports the entire body including the head.

Basic Hammock

The Basic Hammock sling is designed for lifting and moving people with diminished motor function as its supports the entire body excluding the head and provides extra support around the hips and thighs. If the head and neck requires support, the head support cushion can be used with this sling. 

Custom Amputee

The Custom Amputee sling is designed for lifting and moving people who have had one or both legs amputated above the knee joint, and for lifting people who have had both legs removed. The Amputee model supports the entire body up to and including the shoulders, with added support around the pelvis.

Sit On

The Sit on sling is a universal sling designed for lifting and moving users who need to stay sitting on the sling. It supports the thighs and back but allows the users arms to be outside of the sling. The one piece continuous design made from net material allows the use to remain seated after transfer. 

Sit-On High

The Sit on sling is a universal sling designed for lifting and moving users who need to stay sitting on the sling. It supports the thighs and back and head but allows the users arms to be outside of the sling. The one piece continuous design made from net material allows the use to remain seated after transfer. 

Sit-On Comfort Hygiene

The Sit-On Comfort Hygiene sling is designed with an open bottom section to help facilitate toilet visits and other hygiene procedures. The sling supports the thighs, back and head and prevents the thighs from rotating inwards during the lift. The adjustable head support can be used as required.

Leg Sling

The Leg sling supports the lifting of limbs, avoiding unnecessary strain to the care provider. The sling is used when lifting arms and legs and supporting the limbs to carry out wound treatment, dressings or when carrying out personal hygiene tasks.

Multi Support Swing

The Multi Support sling supports and lifts limbs, avoiding unnecessary strain to the care provider. The sling is used to lift or support specific parts of the body, such as torso, pelvis, arms or legs.

The Turner Sling

The Turner sling is used to turn the user and position them onto their side avoiding unnecessary strain to the care provider.

Twin Turner

The Twin Turner is used to turn the user and position them onto their side and also turn the user from side to side without removing the sling from under the user. 

The Active Trainer - Bariatric

The Active Trainer - Bariatric is a sling to help maintain standing and provide support while walking. The sling is shaped like a pair of short pants to support the user around the pelvis and stomach area.

The Basic High Bariatric sling is a general lifting sling suitable for bariatric users. The sling supports the entire body including the head. 

GH Lifting Hanger

The GH Lifting hanger can be used in connection with uncomplicated lifts when using standard slings. Comes in 3 different sizes depending on the user. All lifting bars come with 4 fixing points.

GH Cross Hanger

The GH Cross Hanger is suitable for when larger spacing between back and leg straps of the lifting sling is required. Can be used on GH1, GH3, GH3+, GH3 Twin ceiling hoists and GL5 Mobile lifters.
